Some people will do anything to get a good view of London.

These free-climbers prefer to do it unseen, unheard and without safety ropes.
Ignoring strong cross-winds, the fearless foursome scaled the 51-storey Leadenhall Building next to The Gherkin, in Westminster.
More photos after the cut.

Max Cave, Toby Segar and Benj Cave hang out.

‘It was the scariest climb we have done,’ said adrenaline junkie Max Cave, 21, from Horsham, West Sussex.
‘But it wasn’t climbing up that was the scary part it was when we were at the top ready to get down.
‘We had recently brought some parachutes and planned to get down using them but it was the first time any of us had used them so we were too scared – plus it was really windy.

We do it to see the views that only a small percentage of people can see.’
The group also including Benj Cave, Toby Segar and Jacob Williams climbed back down.
Having climbed the Oxo Tower, London Eye and Wembley Stadium, their next target is The Shard – although we suspect its security officers will now be ready and waiting.
