SEE Edo Church Where Babies Are Made (PHOTO)

In the Government Reservation Area (GRA) in Benin-City, the Edo State Capital, there is a street known as Emuze Street and at the Number 3 Plot of the street, there is fast rising and waving making church, which names is Christian Brethren Ministry.


The General Overseer and Spiritual leader of the Church, is a prophetess whose name is Pastor (Mrs) Obby Okeke. This unique Church has a membership of over 2000 members with women forming almost 90 percent of congregation.


The reason for the large membership female members is not far to seek as most women that come to the Church, come principally in search of the fruit of the womb.

Investigations by City People revealed that woman whose barrenness span between three to 20 years and above flock the church for their prayers to be answered. Recently during the celebration of her birthday, Pastor Obby Okeke dedicated over 80 babies from mothers who had been barren for between 3 and 20 years.


The dedication of babies at the Christian Brethren Ministry is now annual tradition as babies are dedicated every year during the birthday ceremonies of the General Overseen.
The number of babies that are being dedicated annually have continued to rise at every occasion.
During the annual dedications of babies, the joyous mothers exhibits their babies and render testimonies are after the other to the glory of God. As a result of what God is using Pastor Okeke to achieve population of women in the Church has continued to rise astronomically.
