What to get the man who has everything? That's probably what Angelina Jolie was thinking as she pondered what to buy Brad Pitt for his 50th birthday, coming up December 18. But have no fear. Angelina is not a lady that will be stumped for very long. She basically went and bought him the perfect birthday present. And she only paid $20 million for it. Angelina bought her man a heart-shaped island!
Reportedly, Angelina went ahead and purchased Petra Island, which is shaped like a heart, for the love of her life. Petra is located 50 miles from New York City, is 11 acres wide, and located inside of secluded Lake Mahopac.

It has a private landing pad, and has two residences on the island: a 1,200-square-foot cottage, and a 5,000-square-foot main residence, both of which were designed by Brad's architectural idol, Frank Lloyd Wright.
The island is home to 200-year-old beechnut trees, has magnificent rock formations, and beautiful scenery. And, of course, it's totally secluded and private. Angelina must have thought it would make an awesome getaway for the kids. And the heart shape of the island? Well, how precious is that?
Brad deserves this gift. He's really been there for Ange this year, what with her double mastectomy. So what if he's a bit of a party animal? Ange apparently doesn't mind. Dang, to think there was a time no one really thought these two would work out!
Anyway, Angelina, Brad ... I'm not too far from your island. And I'm a really good guest. Lemme know what you're up to this summer, 'kay?
Now Brad just needs to mow "Brad + Ange 4Eva" in the island's vegetation so it can be seen from Google Maps.
