( video) Indian fries fish with bare hands in 200°C oil


An elderly chef in the backstreets of India’s capital is hands-on in his job. And quite literally at that!

Prem Singh is popular for frying fish at his busy family restaurant.

So what’s the great deal, you ask?

Well, he does it with his hands.

He dips his fingers into piping hot vat of 200 ° C oil to turn fish fillets.
