Boy who raped 7-year-old sister sentenced

Committed crime after watching pornography with friends

 
A minor boy who raped his 7-year-old sister after watching pornography with friends last year has avoided a custodial sentence.
Now, 13, the boy pleaded guilty to rape, indecent assault and inciting a child to engage in sexual activity, reported BBC.
The court has imposed a 12-month referral order and he is currently living away from his family. Social workers are attempting to return him to the family soon.
The judge who sentenced him described the boy as “unsophisticated” and “immature” and said that detaining the youngster would expose him to “hardened and sophisticated” youth offenders.
The boy has promised he would not repeat it.
Meanwhile, his sister was quoted as saying, “I want him to go to our house so I can play games with him.”
