well as annoying as it may sound the guy was joking and claim that he is a comedian, i watched his apology video and it really got me worried that maybe i dont know the true definition of comedy or joke, on a second thought i decided to google it base on the fact that am "miss google' .comedy :

or
a comedy is a play, film or book that is light, funny and generally has a happy ending or any entertainment or amusement that is funny.
Joke;
a thing that someone says to cause amusement or laughter, especially a story with a funny punchline.
now is this guy really a comedian ? cos i didnt see any happy ending in his video .
