Daily Mail & BBC apologize over Nigerian restaurant selling human flesh story

Few days ago , foreign media platforms reported that a restaurant in Anambra was shut down for selling human flesh (read here). Well, the originator of the report, BBC Swahili have retracted the story and apologized (see )here. Daily Mail also pulled the story down. Was expecting them to say their account was hacked, because that is the only way people jump through their deliberate act.
