Dencia makes 2015 Billboard Awards 'Worst Dressed List'...

  Well i was actually expecting this and i think she was also expecting it ,  because aside the trashy bodysuit she wore, who will wear a two colour high heels to grace the Billboard Awards red carpet?  Dencia  did and she finally got noticed and was analyzed by several foreign blogs  and writers, so she should be happy. 
she eventually made the list of the 'Wackiest outfits' , She made the worst dressed list on UK Mirror, UK Daily Mail and others.  About Dencia's outfit, UK Mirror wrote after the cut
