Katy Perry: "He hasn't spoken to me since he texted me saying he was filing for divorce"

Katy Perry just dropped a bombshell revelation in a recent interview that left us literally speechless.
While speaking to The Daily Telegraph, the 30-year-old superstar shared her feelings on love, life and ex-husband Russell Brand.
When asked if she had spoken with the actor since their divorce, Katy replied,"He hasn't spoken to me since he texted me saying he was filing for divorce. I don't want to talk about him — my songs will say what I need to say."

The singer also shared another interesting tidbit by revealing how she changed the name of the cat she used to share with Russell from Rusty (an amalgamation of their names) to Monkey.
When asked if the singer was afraid of falling in love again after a series of failed relationships, the 'Roar' singer claims, "No, absolutely not. I'm excited by whatever it brings. I'm excited by my own evolution."
