Rick Ross Bought The Biggest House In Georgia, Evander Holyfield’s Old Mansion (Pics)

The former heavyweight champ sold his palatial Fayette County estate with 109 rooms last year in a public auction to a bank, which his attorney softly described as “technically part of a foreclosure.” The famed 54,000 square-foot mansion sits on 235 acres, has a bowling alley and theater and costs more than $1 million annually to maintain, Holyfield once told the AJC.
At over 350,000 gallons, the Pool is one of the largest private Pools in the US. Truly a magnificent creation designed by. Rick Ross could be taking a jab a 50 Cent with this purchase being that 50 bought Mike Tyson’s old crib which was also a steal. The market value of Ricky Rozay’s new crib is $7.5 million.. sounds like a mastermind investment to me. The mega-mansion also features 12 bedrooms, 21 bathrooms, palatial formal and informal spaces. The dining room seats approximately 100 guests. The property also includes a 4000 sq ft second home and 7 stall barn.
